Delete your account

Option 1 — Delete it in the app

Open the Blinkap app, sign in and use the account deletion option in your account settings. Your account will be deleted directly from the app.

Option 2 — Ask us for help

If you can't access the app or need assistance, email us from the address linked to your account and we will help you delete your account and personal data:

What happens to your data

Upon account deletion, BLINKAP will take appropriate steps to delete or anonymise personal data associated with the account, subject to any lawful retention exceptions. Information contained in shared expense records may be retained where necessary to preserve the legitimate interests and records of other participants, applying appropriate data minimisation measures.
